Submit a proposal

Before submitting a paper or panel proposal, please make sure you have all the required information at hand.

To submit a paper proposal, you will need the paper abstract (up to 300 words) as well as the following information about the author:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Research interests
  • Selected publications (optional)

NB: If your paper is part of a panel proposal, you will also need to know the title of the proposed panel as well as the name of the panel convenor.

To submit a panel proposal, you will need the panel proposal itself (up to 300 words), titles of all 3-4 papers included in the panel (up to 300 words each), as well as the following information about each panelist:

  • Name
  • Email address

NB: All members of a proposed panel must also submit separately their paper proposals using the link above.
